RJ and his team are great. Very straightforward, reasonable pricing, quality work. The serpentine belt came off on my 2022 Chevy Malibu driving on San Pablo and I was able to get the car towed to their shop in the late afternoon and the car was ready the next day midday. I especially liked the discount on towing to the shop - visit their website for the coupon - with services performed at their garage (they also operate a tow service). I work with cars often and I had already maxed out my annual tows with AAA, so this was a welcome relief. I've also had tires repaired here when I've had nails or screws in the tire on the tread, very quick and easy and reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Called up on a Thursday at 4pm saying my car battery might need to be checked (died earlier and got it jumped), they said to bring it down to check. Brought it over, checked in 2 min, replaced in 40, best service ive had in a while from a place I have never been. Will be recommending to people!

Fair and honest pricing and work. Fast service. Great communication. So far just did a routine service and break pads. It’s hard to find fair and honest repair shops around here. For example, Albany Tires told me I needed new spark plugs on my 2013 Toyota Sienna van with 80,000 miles and quoted me $4000. R&R said that’s not due yet and quoted about $600 when it’s needed (it’s labor intensive compared to most cars because half the plugs are buried next to the fire wall). So far I highly recommend this place.

The driver side window on my 2001 Rav4 had been stuck in the down position for several days, so I went there. I was told what the problem might be and the options to repair it. Long story short, my window is up and it only cost me a fraction of what another auto repair shop had quoted me. The staff was professional and responsive. Yes they were very respectful and helpful but I'm worried about what they fixed but hopefully very thing works out, to be honest yes I would go back again I'm not sure if he's the owner but if he is he's respectful l like r&r hey if you break down don't worry they also tow what more can you ask for, thank you r&r.

The car is not fixed. I spent $1800.00. Some of the total went toward other things like an oil change. I have to tow it to another place now.

I visited this place multiple times for vehicle maintenance and repair, but it was a complete waste of money. My vehicle issue remains unresolved, and the experience was truly terrible.

RJ was able to pinpoint the issue and address it quickly which was Which was necessary for me and it was a quick fix.

I've used R&R auto service for the last several years, and would highly recommend them. They're honest about repairs needed, and very fair on pricing. I have yet to come up with a single complaint, which seems to be increasingly rare these days. If you need local auto services, I wouldn't hesitate to contact R&R.

I highly recommend R&R Auto! I was unable to start my car in a busy parking lot on Memorial Day. Ravi from R&R came promptly and notified me the problem was my starter. He had my car towed to the shop and had it repaired the next day. The price was very reasonable. Everyone at R&R was courteous, patient and professional. I will be back if the need arises. We've been getting service here for a few years now and since day one RJ has been great to work with. RJ is very honest and does great work.

Great service. Appreciate repair shops that take the time to explain what the issue is, what the options are and show you the old parts so you can see/feel what was wrong.

My car got stolen and got towed there . They charged me every fee possible . 1035$ for 4 days . Storage charges $500, towing $310 for less than 5 miles ? And a random labor fee of $155 for what ? This place takes advantage of the situation. Definitely don’t recommend

Had a wonderful experience with having my car towed by BK. He skillfully was able to tow a very heavy car out of a tight driveway/hilly road situation. He was very detail oriented about his preparation and I trusted his judgement. I knew he was different because he asked for photos of the car and approach before deciding which truck to bring. Would highly recommend! Hopefully I never need another tow again, but I would especially request him moving forward.
